Return & Refund Policy – Emergent Creations LLC
At Emergent Creations LLC, each item is carefully handmade and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:
All Sales Are Final
All custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Items
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item meets one of the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects
- Errors made during the creation of your product
- Item arrives damaged
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item showing the issue
Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a refund, depending on the situation
Important Notes
- Variations in color, design placement, or minor differences are part of the handmade/custom process and are not considered defects.
- We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (e.g., typos, incorrect customization details). Please double-check all information before placing your order.
